Our services are geared to assisting individuals or couples in moments where they feel overwhelmed and in need of assistance or support by providing care for our clients as if family. Our Personal Division believes being a personal assistant is more than just helping our clients with daily activities, it is about making a difference in their lives.

Our Professional Division is specialized in supporting businesses and solo entrepreneurs with their administrative, marketing, operations, and sales support needs. The Caribbean is my ancestral home. My family's lineage can be traced beyond the Danish times in the Virgin Islands and to the indigenous Taino's. As a frequent traveler, I have always preferred a true experience with a local rather than the commercial tourist adventure package. In the Travel Division, our mission is to help create create an experience of commercial activities with a local twist.  Whether you are travelling to the Virgin Islands or needing a getaway we offer the best rates in the market, With our partners will take care of accommodation, transportation, travel insurance, activities, reservations, and all the extras, so you can focus on having fun.

Lotus Koi Concierge's sole priority is service and it would not be fair to exclude Public Service. All our services are available to registered and upcoming Nonprofit Organizations at no charge. Similarly, our Personal Services are available at no charge or discounted rates should a hardship be present prior to service. Our services related to individual professional development are refundable at the end of the session.
